A catch-all email address (also called a wildcard address) allows one mailbox to receive all messages sent to any address at your domain — including addresses that do not exist.
For example, if catch-all is enabled for info@yourdomain.com, messages sent to sales@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com, or even random123@yourdomain.com will all be delivered to the same mailbox.
Important: Catch-all mailboxes can receive large amounts of spam because they accept messages sent to invalid addresses. For this reason, we recommend enabling catch-all only when necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a catch-all email address?
A catch-all address allows one mailbox to receive emails sent to any address at your domain, even if that address has not been created.
Will catch-all increase spam?
Yes. Because catch-all accepts messages sent to invalid addresses, spam volume may increase. We recommend monitoring mailbox storage and spam filtering settings.
Can I disable catch-all later?
Yes. Simply return to the Email → Mailboxes section and click the catch-all icon again to turn the feature off.
Can I use aliases instead of catch-all?
Yes. Email aliases are usually a better option because they allow you to create only the addresses you need while keeping spam levels lower.
Does catch-all affect existing mailboxes?
No. Existing mailboxes will continue to receive their own messages normally. Catch-all only applies to emails sent to addresses that do not exist.
How long does it take for catch-all to start working?
Changes are typically applied immediately, but it may take a few minutes for new mail routing rules to fully update.
