A catch-all address will receive all mail sent to invalid mailboxes at your domain. These messages are not filtered for spam. We do not recommend the use of this feature. To add a catch-all address, follow the steps below.

Please note that Thexyz email no longer supports catch-all. You can use catch-all with our SOGo, Roundcube, or Google mail options. 

How to enable catch-all with Roundcube

1. To create a catchall mailbox, go to the Email > Mailboxes section of your Control Panel.
2. There you’ll see a list of all the email accounts that you currently have.
3. You can either create a special catchall email account or use any of your existing ones.
4. In the list, right of the email address, there is a column called "Catch-all", with an icon (✋) depicting a small hand. To activate the catch-all feature for an email account, click on that icon. If you want to disable the catchall option, click on the green icon (✋).
5. Click Save to apply the changes.

How to enable catch-all with SOGo

1. Log in to the YMOZ web interface as an administrator.
2. Go to the "Domains" tab in the top menu.
3. Click on the domain name for which you want to enable catch-all.
4. Scroll down to the "Default Address" section.
5. Select the "Wildcard" option.
6. Enter the email address you want to receive all messages sent to incorrect addresses.
7. Click Save to apply the changes.

How to enable catch-all with Google Mail

1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.
2. Go to Apps > G Suite > Gmail > Advanced settings.
3. In the Email Routing section, click the pencil icon to edit the setting.
4. Select the "Catch-all address" option.
5. Enter the email address you want to receive all messages sent to incorrect addresses.
6. Click Save to apply the changes.
