The domain name does not need to be registered with us. You will just need to make a DNS change with your web host or domain name registrar to point to our mail servers. To ensure you or your end users can reset the email password without having to contact an email administrator, make sure you have verified your account with an SMS phone number. This will send a text message to a your mobile phone number with a six digit code. Once verified, you can reset the password without admin access.
