An Enhanced Mailbox adds collaboration and sync features to your existing mailbox, including calendar, contacts, meetings, and mobile ActiveSync support.
The upgrade costs $2 USD or $3 CAD per mailbox per month.
Step 1: Log in to the Client Area
- Go to https://www.thexyz.com/account/login
- Sign in using your account email address and password.
Step 2: Open Your Email Hosting Service
- Click Services.
- Select your email hosting service.
- Go to the Manage Mailboxes or Configuration section.
Step 3: Upgrade the Mailbox
- Locate the mailbox you want to upgrade.
- Select the option to upgrade or enable Enhanced features.
- Confirm the change and complete the billing step if prompted.
The upgrade is typically applied immediately. You can continue using your mailbox without interruption.
