Mailbox Login
These passwords are separate and independent from each other.
Client Area Login
The Client Area is where you manage your services, billing, and account settings.
You can sign in here:

In the client area you can:

Manage your email hosting services

Reset mailbox passwords

View invoices and billing information

Order additional services
-
Open support tickets
If you forgot your client area password, you can reset it here:
https://www.thexyz.com/account/password/reset
This password does not give access to your mailbox.
Mailbox Login
Your mailbox password is used to access your email.
You can log in to webmail here:
Your login will be:

Username: Your full email address (example:
name@yourdomain.com) -
Password: The mailbox password set for that email account
This password is used for:

Webmail
-
Outlook
-
Apple Mail
-
Gmail app
-
Mobile email apps
-
IMAP / POP / SMTP connections
Important
Changing your client area password does not change your mailbox password.
Likewise, changing your mailbox password does not change your client area password.

If you are unable to access both the client area and your mailbox, please contact support and include:
