If you have forgotten your mailbox password or would like to change it, you can reset it through the Thexyz Client Area. The client area login is separate from your mailbox login.
Step 1: Sign in to the Client Area
Go to the client area login page:
https://www.thexyz.com/account/login
Use the email address that receives your billing notifications. This may or may not be the same as your mailbox address.
Step 2: Reset Client Area Password (If Needed)
If you cannot remember your client area password, reset it here:
https://www.thexyz.com/account/password/reset
After resetting your client area password, sign in again.
Step 3: Locate Your Email Hosting Service
Once logged in:

Click Services in the client area menu.

Find your email hosting service, such as:

Thexyz.com Email
-
Custom Domain Email 25GB

Step 4: Change the Mailbox Password

Click on the email hosting service you want to manage.

Locate the Password field for the mailbox.

Enter a new password.

Save the changes.
Step 5: Log in to Your Mailbox
After updating the password, you can log in to your mailbox at:
Use your full email address and the new password.
Tip
If your email is already configured on a phone or computer, you may need to update the password in your mail app settings after changing it. You may also wish to create an App password for specific applications like email clients.
