Distribution lists allow you to send a single email to multiple recipients at once, without having to add each address individually every time. They’re ideal for teams, departments, or recurring group communications.
This guide explains how to create and use a distribution list directly from Thexyz Webmail.
Step 1: Log in to Thexyz Webmail

Open Thexyz Webmail

Sign in using:

Your full email address (example:
you@yourdomain.com) -
Your email password

Step 2: Open Address Book Administration

In the top navigation bar, click Address Book

From the menu, select Administration

In the administration panel, click Address Lists
This section is where distribution lists are created and managed.
Step 3: Create a New Distribution List
Name the list

In the Properties tab, enter a name for your distribution list
Example:-
Sales Team -
Support Group -
Board Members

The list name is what you’ll see when selecting recipients later.
Add contacts to the list

Switch to the Contacts tab

Add email addresses to the list:

Select contacts directly from your existing address book, or

Manually add new email addresses as needed

You can add or remove contacts at any time.
Step 4: Save the Distribution List
Once your list has a name and contacts:

Save your changes
Your distribution list is now ready to use.
Step 5: Send an Email to a Distribution List

Click Compose to start a new email

In the compose window, click the Address Book button

Open the Address Lists tab

Select the distribution list you want to email

Choose how recipients should be added:
