Setting up an automatic reply to inform people that you're away is simple with OX App Suite. Follow the steps below to enable your vacation notice.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log In to OX App Suite

   • Visit OX App Suite and log in with your credentials.

2. Access Settings

   • Click the settings cog icon located at the top-right corner of the screen.
   • From the left-hand menu, select “Mail”.

3. Set Up Vacation Notice

   • On the right side of the screen, click “Vacation notice”.
   • Toggle the switch next to “Vacation notice” to turn it on.

4. Customize Your Vacation Notice

   • Enter your subject and message for the automatic reply.
   • Click “Apply changes” to save your settings.

Advanced Options

For additional customization:

• Frequency of Notices: Define the number of days between notices sent to the same sender using the dropdown menu.
• Sender Email Address: Choose which email address to send the vacation notice from.
• Define Timeframe: If you want the vacation notice to be sent only during a specific period:
  • Check the box “Send vacation notice during this time only”.
  • Select the start and end dates for your automatic reply.

5. Save Your Settings
   • Ensure you click “Apply changes” after making any adjustments.

Important Tips:

• Once the Vacation notice is toggled on, the automatic replies will be sent until you turn it off.
• Always remember to click “Apply changes” to save your configuration.
