BCC archiving to be disabled in favor of Email Archiving

The BCC archiving feature in Webmail will be disabled on May 1st, 2022. Existing configurations will continue to work until October 1st, 2022. 

We encourage people to make use of our Email Archiving add-on as a replacement.
