Once logged in you can click the box with "Services" to see all your services with us.

You will now see a list of all your active services. If you only have one service with us, then there will only be one service listed. You can click the green "Active" box to manage the service.

On this next screen you can Request Cancellation of the service by clicking on REQUEST CANCELLATION as seen below.

You can confirm and select whether to cancel the service immediatley or at the end of the billing period.

You will now see a confrimation that we have received your cancellation request. You will also receive email confirmation.
