Thexyz Email is designed for professional, day-to-day communication with strong protections in place to maintain excellent deliverability for all customers.
Daily Sending Limits (per mailbox)

- Limits apply per mailbox, not per domain.
- Designed for normal business and personal correspondence.
- Bulk marketing, automation, and list-based sending are not permitted on standard mailboxes.
- Sending limits may be adjusted automatically if unusual or abusive patterns are detected.
Thexyz Classic Email – Sending Limits
Thexyz Classic Email supports higher-volume usage and counts sending based on total recipients.
- 10,000 total recipients per 24-hour period
How recipient counting works:
Sending 200 emails with 50 recipients each counts the same as sending 10,000 emails with one recipient each.
Automated email, bulk campaigns, and spam-like activity are restricted at much lower thresholds. To protect system integrity and deliverability, limits may be changed without notice.
