To further strengthen account security and protect your email environment, two-factor authentication (2FA) will soon become mandatory for all users of Quarantine Filtering.

Effective 29 September 2025, 2FA will be required for all user types, including:

  • Admins

  • Sub-admins

  • Technicians

  • Domain users

  • Email users

Users who have not yet enabled 2FA will be automatically prompted to set it up during their next login.

We use industry-standard TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) authentication, compatible with all major authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, Microsoft Authenticator, and others.

 

This update helps ensure stronger protection for your account and enhances overall platform security.
