1. Launch Mail:

   • If Mail is not in your dock, press Command (⌘) + Space Bar. Type “Mail” in the Spotlight search and press Enter to launch the Mail application.

2. Add a New Account:

   • Click Mail on the top left of the screen.
   • Select Add Account from the dropdown menu.

3. Select Mail Account Type:

   • In the pop-up window, choose Other Mail Account and click Continue.

4. Enter Account Information:

   • Name: Enter your first and last name.
   • Email Address: Enter your email address.
   • Password: Enter your mailbox password.

   • Select your desired syncing options and leave the defaults on.
