If you meet the minimum requirements we'll send you a digitally-signable NDA so we can talk confidently about your specifics.


As part of this process we'll look at the state of your company and get to know a little bit more about you, your clients and your ethos. If it's a fit we'll negotiate a price that works for both parties.

Exchange Contracts

We'll agree a sale date and schedule of events. This lets us line up the resources required to ensure a smooth transition, such as new hardware, staff etc and plan the merger.

Additional products – With our partner program you can refer leads to other products and services. Such as our email migration services, managed support services, cloud hosting and VPN services. All these products also generate a generous commission bonus of 25%.

If your company's annual revenue is $42,000 (with the average monthly turnover $3,000) and so your company could be worth $21,000-$42,000. Or $24,000-$45,000 with majority of users on monthly billing (+1 Months revenue).

You will earn a monthly recurring fee of 10% per sale. If you refer 10 users, you will be paid $12.00 pr year. Refer 100 users and get paid $120 every year!

No. We are generally looking to move users onto our environment and not integrate with a new system. We also have our own servers and scalable server configurations that we are keen to continue to use for our growth. We are not looking for IPs or server hardware at this time.
