Every email you send is a business card.
Sigly builds you a professional email signature from a ready made template, edits it in your browser, and gives you something that looks right in every mail client. No HTML, no fighting with tables.
What Sigly does
Most email signatures are either three lines of plain text or a mess of stretched images pasted out of a word processor. Sigly is the shortcut to something in between: designed, consistent, and quick to change.
Start from a template
A library of ready made designs, from restrained corporate layouts to something with more personality. Pick one and make it yours.
Edit in the browser
Change the text, colours, logo and links without touching HTML. What you see is what lands in the recipient's inbox.
Keep several signatures
One for clients, one for internal mail, one for the role you only wear on Thursdays. Switch between them as you need.
Use it anywhere
Sigly produces a standard HTML signature, so it works in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and Thexyz Webmail alike.
Looks right on phones
Signatures are built to hold their layout on small screens, instead of collapsing into a stack of broken images.
Consistent across a team
Everyone works from the same designs, so your company looks like one company rather than six different ones.
Start from a design, not a blank box
The template library covers the range, from restrained corporate layouts to something with more character. Pick the closest one and change what you need.

Works with your email, wherever it lives
Sigly produces a standard HTML signature, so it drops into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or anything else that accepts one. You do not have to move your email to use it.
It is a little smoother if your mail is with us: paste the signature into your Webmail settings once and it applies to everything you send from the browser. Our knowledgebase has a walkthrough with an HTML example, and if you are not with us yet, see Thexyz email hosting.
Frequently asked questions
Does Sigly work with Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail?
Yes. Sigly creates a standard HTML signature, which is what every major mail client uses. Build it once and paste it into whichever client you use.
Do I need a Thexyz mailbox to use it?
No. Sigly works with email hosted anywhere. If you do host with Thexyz, adding your signature in Webmail takes a few seconds and it then applies to mail you send from the browser.
Can I have more than one signature?
Yes. Most people keep a few: a full one for new conversations, something shorter for replies, and separate versions for different roles or brands.
Will my signature look broken on a phone?
The templates are designed to hold together on small screens. The usual causes of broken signatures are oversized images and layouts pasted from a word processor, which is exactly what starting from a template avoids.
How do I add my signature to Thexyz Webmail?
Copy the signature out of Sigly and paste it into the signature editor in your Webmail settings. Our knowledgebase has a walkthrough with an HTML example.
Make the last four lines count
You send hundreds of emails a month. Each one ends with your signature. It may as well look like you meant it.
