I have been having on and off issues logging into webmail these past 2 days. Is there any fix for this?
Many users are currently experiencing latency or errors when attempting to access Webmail. As a workaround, users are advised to access mailboxes via an email client or mobile device. Cloud Drive for Thexyz Webmail has been disabled for users who subscribe to this service. Email delivery is not impacted by this incident. Our team is actively engaged and working towards a solution. As email delivery is not affected by this, setting up email on your mobile device or desktop is the best workaround. You can use our email help setup tool for quick and easy setup instructions.
