Exchange does not have permission to install apps

My exchange accounts seems to lack the permissions needed to install apps. Are Exchange 2016 users allowed to install third party apps?



  • Okay I see, this goes with 3rd party support, which we do not support. As long as you have the user name and password that should be sufficient, but some applications may need for you to be on a dedicated exchange environment, not a hosted exchange environment. So I can see where that can be an issue.
