Click the button to start a new campaign.

From here you can add the content to your email notification/blast.

The first field is the email subject, this will be the subject of the email the recipient will see.

You can also edit the sender if you wish although it is not necessary as phplist is configured to send mail and it is best to use default.

You can now enter your email content. This is the message of the email delivered to the recipient. You can also paste from programs like Microsoft Word.

Now you have filled out your email content, click next.

The next step is to select a template, your email administrator should have already set this up so you can select a template from the list. You can also download email newsletter templates from ThemeDorks.

You can now click next.

The next screen shows scheduling options. By default you likely want to send right away so ignore scheduling options for now and click next.

On this screen you can select the list you wish to send to. If you do not see your list, click the 'uncategorized‎' tab and then check the check box next to your list. Click next.

This screen is optional and can be left as is. Click next.

Now your campaign is ready for sending, click send campaign now and then process the qu‎eue.

Congratulations you have now sent your first phplist email campaign.
